My new FAVORITE breakfast 🍳🥑🙌🏻 Seriously, I’m SO excited about this one 🕺🏼You may be thinking “cauli gnocchi for breakfast???” GUYS don’t knock it ‘til you try it 👏🏻 I followed the tutorial by @sara.haven to make them extra crispy so they turn out like little tater tots 🤤 Hope you have the best Thursday! ✨

microwave the cauliflower gnocchi to defrost for 1 minute heat up the ghee in a skillet over low-medium heat, then add the cauliflower making sure to separate them cook on each side for about 2-3 minutes or until golden brown cook the egg sunny side up serve the egg & gnocchi with 1/2 avocado sliced and EBTB seasoning
