A healthy breakfast or snack alternative to a traditional banana split, featuring a banana topped with Greek yogurt, granola, berries, melted peanut butter, and a sprinkle of dark chocolate chips.

Split a banana in half. Scoop 1 or 2 spoons of Greek yogurt on top of the banana halves. Top with vanilla granola, raspberries, and blueberries. Heat a bit of peanut butter in the microwave for about 10-15 seconds until melted. Drizzle the melted peanut butter over the toppings. Finish with a couple dark chocolate chips.
