Inspired by Dig Inn, this recipe recreates their beloved Chili Honey Brussels Sprouts, now off the menu. Perfect for those who love crispy, flavorful sprouts with a sweet and spicy kick.

Preheat oven to 400°F. Soak brussel sprouts in a large bowl for 5 minutes, then cut the stems off and into quarters. In a bowl, toss the brussel sprouts with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and cooking spray and evenly spread the brussel sprouts across, roast for 20-25 minutes until crispy. In a small bowl, combine honey, sriracha, soy sauce, and red pepper flakes. Coat the roasted brussel sprouts with the honey sriracha mixture and add back into the oven for another 2-5 minutes.
