This is one of my most remade recipes ever! I’m always buying granola but realized I can make it and home and make it taste amazing 🤩 It makes a giant batch so I like to store it in an airtight container and add it to yogurt or honestly just have it as is 😆 also vegan and gluten free!

Preheat oven to 350°F. In a large bowl, combine the dry ingredients: rolled oats, cocoa powder, coconut sugar. In a separate bowl, combine the wet ingredients: peanut butter, melted coconut oil, maple syrup and vanilla. Combine the wet with the dry ingredients and stir well. Fold in the chocolate chips, coconut shreds and a pinch of salt. Add to a parchment paper lined baking sheet and press down well, bake for 13-15 minutes. Let cool for 10 minutes, then break into clusters. Store in an airtight container.
