Easy Crab Cakes

Preparing for Memorial Day with these easy CRAB CAKES! Crab cakes are so delicious but can be pretty expensive, which is why I made a more affordable version. Usually lump crab is used for crab cakes which can be over $20, so I picked up a can of lump crab for $6 which made 4 patties! This stuff tastes like the real deal too. I also have a similar recipe for tuna/salmon patties in my feed! Hope you have the best Tuesday my friends.

Drain the can of crab meat and empty it into a large bowl. Add all of the ingredients and make sure to mix well. Form a little over 1/4 cup size patties, which will result in 4 patties. Refrigerate for about 10 minutes. Heat a skillet over medium heat with olive oil and cook the patties on each side for 3-5 minutes until golden brown. Serve as is or on a hamburger bun.
