Going bananas for this BANANA BREAD 🍌 If you have spotty bananas lying around do NOT throw those out! 🙅🏼♀️ Ripe bananas are like gold to me 😆 They’re super sweet which makes them perfect for freezing for smoothies or baking in this case! This is one of my go-to recipes for banana bread it’s so good 🤤 You can also make it vegan & GF! I made it that way and you couldn’t tell the difference 🙌🏻 Hope you have the best Monday! 💛

preheat oven to 325°F - in a large bowl, mash bananas well then add the wet ingredients: milk, eggs, oil, maple syrup, vanilla and stir - in a separate bowl, add the flour, baking soda, cinnamon and dash of salt and mix - combine the wet with the dry ingredients, add to a parchment paper lined loaf tin and top with chocolate chips - bake for 50-55 minutes (until a toothpick comes out clean)
