Raid your cabinets for a jar of roasted red peppers to make this super easy ROASTED RED PEPPER SAUCE 🌶 This is probably the easiest pasta sauce you’ll ever make since it just involves throwing ingredients in a blender and it’s done in 2 seconds 🙌🏻 I love to microwave some peas and toss with everything for the easiest dinner that’s ready in 20 minutes! You can also add a splash of cream or coconut cream to make it a creamy based sauce 🔥

1. Bring a pot of water to a boil, add linguini (or pasta of choice), and cook for 9-11 minutes. 2. Meanwhile, add the roasted red peppers, olive oil, chopped shallot or white onion, garlic clove, lemon juice, salt, and pepper to a blender and blend until combined. 3. After draining the pasta, add the cold sauce to the same pot and heat it up for a couple of minutes over low-medium heat. 4. Heat up some peas in the microwave and toss with the pasta and pasta sauce.
