These roasted chickpeas are the perfect mindless eating snack ๐๐ผ Chickpeas are a great source of protein especially for those who don't get their protein from meat. I flavored mine with garlic and chili powder but the seasoning possibilities are endless! Can't wait to try out different flavors ๐

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Rinse and drain a can of chickpeas then pat dry on a paper towel. Combine chickpeas and 1 and 1/2 tablespoon olive oil in a bowl. Foil line a baking sheet and coat with cooking spray then add the chickpeas. Bake for 30 mins and stir chickpeas halfway through at 15 mins. Combine with 1 and 1/2 teaspoon chili powder, 1 teaspoon garlic powder, 1 teaspoon of kosher salt, and 1 and 1/2 teaspoon of grated lime rind (optional).
