You have to make this easy GREEK YOGURT PIZZA 🍕 If you’ve been here a while you know Pizza Friday has been a thing I love to celebrate. But sometimes you don’t have enough time to run out and grab fresh pizza dough. So that’s where this greek yogurt pizza dough comes in! You combine it with some flour and baking powder to create pizza dough in a pinch 🙌 Top with your favorite toppings and enjoy!

Preheat oven to 425°F. In a large bowl, whisk the flour, baking powder and salt to create a self-rising flour. Then add in the greek yogurt and stir with a spatula and eventually combine with your hands. Add flour to a surface and your dough, knead until no longer super sticky. Place a baking sheet in the oven to preheat; this helps create a crispy pizza. Roll out the dough thin but not too thin, about 1/4 inch thick, and optional roll up the sides to create a crust. Transfer to a parchment paper then on top of the preheated baking sheet and pre-bake the crust for about 8 minutes. Take the crust out, top with light sauce, cheese and your favorite toppings then back in the oven for about 10-15 minutes or until the toppings have melted and the pizza is cooked. Cut into slices and enjoy!
