- bring a pot of water to a boil and cook the pasta - drain the pasta and rinse with cold water and set aside - cut the cucumber and tomatoes into quarters, dice the onion, and cut olives in half - in a large bowl, add the pasta, chickpeas, diced vegetables kalamata, olives, and feta - in a small container add all the ingredients for the vinaigrette and shake to combine - pour the vinaigrette over the pasta, salad and mix - if serving as is, refrigerate for 30 minutes beforehand or add to meal prep containers so you have it throughout the week
