This NO BAKE BANANA GRANOLA is going to be your new favorite sweet treat 🍌 Granola is one of my favorite snacks but baking it takes long if you have a quick craving so that’s where this comes in! This granola only requires about 5 ingredients, doesn’t have any added sugar and is made on the stove top in less than 10 minutes 🙌 It’s a chewy delicious snack you can have with milk like cereal, over yogurt or just as is!

In a bowl, mash the banana. Add the oats, cinnamon and cacao nibs and mix until combined. Heat up a pan over low-medium heat and add some coconut oil until melted. Add the banana granola mixture and separate with a spatula to separate into pieces, cook for about 5-7 minutes or until lightly browned. Remove from heat, let it cool and enjoy!
