Best way to beat the Sunday scaries? FRENCH TOAST STICKS ✨ These used to be my favorite in my school’s dining hall 😋 I added a bit of cinnamon sugar to these which you can omit if you’re trying to cut back on sugar! I personally don’t think a little will hurt though 😆 Happy Sunday friends! 🤗

Cut bread into long strips. Add egg, vanilla, cinnamon, and milk to a bowl and mix. Heat a skillet over low medium heat with coconut oil (or any non-stick spray). Dip each stick into the mixture & add to the skillet, cook each side for 2-3 minutes. In another bowl, mix the cinnamon and sugar and coat each stick. Serve with fruit & maple syrup.
