This easy and healthy 4-ingredient treat is sweet, chewy, and packed with fiber and healthy fats, offering flavors similar to a Snickers candy bar. It's a no-bake dessert that's quick to prepare.

If your dates aren’t pitted already, cut them in half and remove the pits. Add the dates to a parchment-lined baking sheet, making sure they overlap a bit. Using a cup with parchment paper underneath, press down on the dates to create an even layer. Melt the peanut butter in a microwave for 10-15 seconds until drippy, then pour over the dates and spread evenly. Melt the chocolate (and optional coconut oil) in a microwave for increments of 15 seconds, stirring in between until fully melted, and pour on top of the peanut butter layer. Top with crushed peanuts and sea salt. Freeze for 30 minutes or until hardened. Cut into pieces and enjoy!
