- dice tomatoes into small pieces and place in a bowl - cut the basil into ribbons by placing 4-5 leaves on top of each other, roll them up and cut into thin slices - add the ribbons of basil and minced garlic to the bowl of diced tomatoes - add 1-2 TBSP of @newmansown Classic Oil and Vinegar dressing, salt, pepper and mix until combined - set the bowl in the fridge for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to marinate together - meanwhile, cut the baguette into slices and toast - scoop bruschetta on top of each slice of toasted bread and enjoy!
