Preheat oven to 350°F. In a large bowl, combine peanut butter, baking soda and sugar. Then add the egg and vanilla to the bowl and mix well. Roll dough into about 1 tablespoon sized balls and add to an ungreased baking sheet, cook for 10-12 minutes. Once out of the oven, add a Hershey kiss to each cookie and gently press on top. Let cool for 10 minutes.
