A genius & simple way to make healthy, dairy-free, and vegan ice cream using frozen bananas and matcha. This recipe is made with only 4 ingredients and can be cut in half for a smaller batch.

Cut bananas into slices and freeze overnight. In a food processor (or blender, carefully, you may need to slowly add ingredients or use more liquid) add bananas, matcha, and almond milk until combined. You can enjoy as is for more of a soft serve texture or put in a sealed container in the freezer for an additional 2 hours for more of an ice cream texture. Try to enjoy this treat in the afternoon since it has caffeine.
