My go to lunch as of late has been this HARVEST BOWL โจ This salad bowl is nourishing and has tons of healthy carbs to keep you satiated longer ๐๐ป I meal prep the sweet potato and chicken to make my life SO much easier so assembling this only takes 5 minutes ๐๐ป Happy Wednesday yโall! ๐

Wash kale in a salad spinner and add to a bowl. Add a drizzle of olive oil and โmassageโ the kale to reduce bitterness. Heat up rice quinoa mix in the microwave for 90 seconds and add to the bowl. Add chicken, sweet potato, gala apple cubes, and goat cheese. Serve with your favorite dressingโI recommend balsamic.
