A fun spring treat or for Easter coming up are these COPYCAT REESES EGGS 🍫🥚 I love making these each year because they’re so fun and easy to make! I used coconut flour as a healthier alternative but if you don’t have it don’t sweat it, you can use powdered sugar instead. Plus it only requires 6 ingredients 🙌🏻

In a bowl, add peanut butter, coconut flour, maple syrup & mix well. Roll a tablespoon size ball of the mixture in your hands then flatten it and mold into an egg shape. Freeze the eggs for at least 15-20 minutes. In a bowl, melt the chocolate and coconut oil (either in a microwave or double boiler method) and dip in the eggs. Add leftover chocolate to a ziplock bag, cut one of the ends, drizzle chocolate on top and sprinkle sea salt. Freeze the eggs for 5-10 more minutes until the chocolate hardens and enjoy!
