Switching up lunch with this healthier Turkey BLT. I had a massive craving for one the other day so decided to make a healthier version! I used deli turkey and a few pieces of turkey bacon. The crispy bacon combined with the crispiness of the lettuce was the best.

Toast bread in the toaster oven. Line a plate with 2 paper towels, add bacon, top with 2 more paper towels and microwave for 4 minutes checking in between. Smear mayo on a slice of toasted bread. Add deli turkey, bacon, romaine, and tomato slices. Add second slice on top, cut the sandwich in half, and enjoy!
