Homemade Bagel Sammies (No Yeast)

Craving homemade bagels? This recipe features an easy 4-ingredient bagel dough with no yeast required, topped with an egg wash and everything but the bagel seasoning. Perfect for making delicious bagel sammies with dairy-free cream cheese, lox, tomato, and arugula.

Preheat oven to 375°F. In a large bowl mix the flour, baking powder, and salt until combined. Add the greek yogurt and mix, don’t worry if it crumbles a bit. Add flour to a surface then add the dough, knead until it is no longer tacky. Cut the dough into four sections, roll each section into a rope and seal the ends together to make a bagel shape. Whisk egg, brush on bagel, add seasoning and add to a parchment lined baking sheet. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown. If you want a more golden top, put the bagels on broil for a minute or so watching carefully that they don’t burn. Add cream cheese, lox, tomato and arugula and enjoy!
