This is one of my favorite easy hacks! All you need is a frozen breaded fish of some sort, even fish sticks, and toast them in the toaster oven. You get the best filling to your taco in no time!

- toast the fish sticks in a toaster oven according to package directions, you can also do it in the oven or air fryer - meanwhile, over a low flame heat your tortilla for 15-30 seconds per side until it gets a nice char but be careful not to burn them! - assemble your taco by adding the fish to the middle, coleslaw on top, lime juice and favorite sauce
