This loaded salad comes together in about 5 minutes thanks to meal prepping ingredients like chopped greens and hard-boiled eggs the night before. It makes for a perfect packed lunch, full of healthy fats to keep your brain functioning at its best.

Rinse, dry, and chop up romaine lettuce leaves and use as your salad base. Hard boil eggs for 10 minutes (preferably the night before) and use 1-2 for the salad. Chop up a red apple and avocado into cubes and add to salad. Add feta, chopped walnuts, and Italian dressing.
