- add chocolate to a microwave safe bowl and microwave for 30 second increments stirring in between until fully melted
- I like to use a half baking sheet but if you don’t have one you can use a full baking sheet
- line the half baking sheet with parchment paper and pour the melted chocolate on top, spread evenly with a rubber spatula or knife
- top with pistachios, pomegranate arils and coconut flakes
- refrigerate for 30 minutes or freeze for 15 minutes or until the chocolate has set
- cut into pieces creating your bark and enjoy
