Did someone say takeout?! HEALTHY CHINESE CHICKEN & BROCCOLI 🥡🥦 We all know how this staple is delicious but making it homemade makes it healthier than the original stuff 🙌🏻 This is such a fun dinner to meal prep for the week or make on a Friday night for your friends! ✨

Cook rice for 20 minutes. Cut chicken breasts into cubes and add to a skillet with olive oil over medium-high heat until cooked, then set aside. Sauté or steam broccoli (the author steamed theirs). Add olive oil, ginger, and garlic cloves to a large skillet over low-medium heat and cook for less than a minute, then add the cooked broccoli and chicken. In a bowl, mix 3 tablespoons soy sauce, 1 teaspoon sesame oil, and 1 tablespoon honey, then add this mixture to the skillet along with 1/4 cup chicken broth/water and cook for 2-3 minutes. Remove the chicken and broccoli from the skillet. For the glaze, add 3 tablespoons honey, 1 tablespoon soy sauce, and a bit of olive oil to a skillet until warmed. Drizzle the warm glaze over the chicken and broccoli. Serve with rice and top with sesame seeds.
