My kind of date is a BACON WRAPPED GOAT CHEESE DATE ✨ They’re crispy, savory and sooo delicious 🤤 Plus they only require 3 main ingredients! Totally optional but definitely recommend topping with a drizzle of honey or even hot honey for some spice

- preheat oven to 400°F - cut the date lengthwise down the middle (but not all the way creating a kind of boat) and stuff with some goat cheese, repeat for all the dates - cut the bacon in half and wrap around the dates and secure with a toothpick - add to a parchment lined baking sheet and bake for about 20 minutes or until desired crispiness, flipping halfway - when ready to serve, drizzle with honey and top with thyme .
