Salmon Bowl with Spicy Mayo

A fun way to switch up salmon with this Salmon Bowl. It features salmon cooked into crispy nuggets in less than 10 minutes on the stove top, served over white rice with fresh cucumber, avocado, and a creamy spicy mayo. Get creative with sides and toppings like nori seasoning or seaweed snacks.

1. Remove skin from salmon if desired and cut into equal sized cubes. 2. Add salmon cubes to a bowl with a drizzle of olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. 3. Heat about 1 TBS of olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and add the salmon pieces. Cook for 3-4 minutes on each side or until crispy. 4. Rinse white rice and add it to a pot with double the amount of water and salt. Bring to a boil, then cover and simmer for 20 minutes. 5. For the spicy mayo, mix 1/4 cup mayo, 1/2 – 1 TBS sriracha, and 1 tsp sesame oil together. 6. Assemble the bowl by adding the cooked rice, crispy salmon, sliced cucumbers, avocado, spicy mayo, chopped scallions, nori seasoning, and sesame seeds.
