- melt chocolate in the microwave in increments of 30 seconds, stirring in between or double boiler method on the stove - line a muffin tin with cupcake liners - pour 1 TBS of chocolate in each liner, chill in the freezer - combine peanut butter, coconut flour, and maple syrup in a bowl - take 2 teaspoons of PB mixture in your palm, roll and flatten until you create a “disk” - add PB disks to the chocolate filled liners making sure it doesn’t touch the sides - top with 1 teaspoon of jelly each, then pour 1-2 TBS chocolate over and freeze for at least 10 minutes until set
