Preheat oven to 425°F. Use mixed greens as the base of your salad. Line a baking sheet with foil, add olive oil, then place salmon on top. Season salmon as you like (the author suggests salt, pepper, and garlic powder). Cook salmon for 12-15 minutes. Once cooked, add salmon, cut strawberries, avocado, feta, and walnuts to the salad. Dress with olive oil and lemon or your dressing of choice.
