Giving you the easiest dinner inspo for tonight with this 15 minute GARLIC SHRIMP ONE PAN MEAL 🍤 I love sheet pan dinners but feel like so many of them are meat based so wanted to make a pescatarian version! This was the EASIEST thing to assemble and tastes unreal 🤤 You can serve it over rice or with pasta too! This made about 3-4 servings so you can share it or have it for later in the week too. Preheat oven to 400°F. Defrost frozen shrimp in a large bowl of cold water for 10-15 minutes until defrosted, remove the tails and devein if you wish. Wash the asparagus, cut off the ends and add to a baking sheet with olive oil, 1 minced garlic clove, salt and pepper and cook for 6 minutes. Meanwhile, heat the butter in a microwave, add the seasonings, the rest of the minced garlic, and 1/2 lemon juice. Add the shrimp to the baking sheet, pour the butter mixture over the shrimp. Add the remaining slices of lemon and cook for about 8 more minutes until the shrimp has been cooked and is pink. Serve with rice or pasta.
