1. Preheat oven to 325°F. 2. Mash bananas in a large bowl with the back of a fork. 3. Add the maple syrup, melted coconut oil, 2 TBS of milk, vanilla, and eggs to the bowl with the mashed bananas and mix. 4. In a separate bowl, add 1 cup flour, 0.5 tsp baking soda, cinnamon, and mix. 5. In another bowl, add 0.5 cup flour, 0.5 tsp baking soda, and cocoa powder and mix. 6. Pour half of the banana mixture into the bowl with the plain flour mix and the other half into the cocoa powder bowl; mix each until combined. 7. Add 2 TBS more milk and chocolate chips to the bowl with the cocoa powder batter. 8. Line a loaf tin with parchment paper and dollop a large scoop of each batter alternately until you layer to the top. 9. Take a toothpick and swirl around the loaf tin to create a marbled effect. 10. Bake for 55-65 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
