These SPICY SALMON CUPS are a fun way to enjoy sushi flavors 🍣 I’ve seen so these all over and they’re so easy to make! Plus they’re the cutest too ☺️

- cook sushi rice according to package - preheat oven to 400°F - dice salmon into small cubes and add to a large bowl - mix the ingredients for the spicy mayo and add 2 TBS to the salmon along with salt and soy sauce and mix - cut nori into squares and add rice to each, focusing on the center - add each piece of nori with rice to a muffin tin, add a scoop of salmon mixture and bake for 15 minutes - top with leftover spicy mayo, sesame seeds and scallions or your favorite sushi toppings - makes about 8 cups
