I am a HUGE ice cream aficionado especially as it gets warmer out 🌞 But sadly a diet consisting solely of ice cream mayyyy not be the best 🙃 BUT you’re in luck because this strawberry banana ice cream will fulfill alllll your ice cream cravings 🍦Plus, it only requires 3 ingredients and it’s vegan!

In a food processor (or blender if you don’t have one) blend frozen bananas. Add strawberries and coconut milk and blend again. Store in a plastic tupperware container in the freezer overnight.
