One Pan Sheet Meal with Sweet Potato, Brussels Sprouts, and Chicken Sausage

Have no fear, ONE PAN SHEET MEALS here 👏🏻 Honestly, throwing food on a pan in the oven for meals is the best thing ever 🙌🏻 It’s great as a meal prep option too! I made this one fall inspired with some sweet potato and brussels sprouts 🤤 And it only requires 3 INGREDIENTS (plus seasoning hehe) 🕺🏼You can serve this over rice, salad, quinoa, or on it’s own, the possibilities are endless friends!
