Watch out Panera I’m coming for ya with this COPYCAT POPPYSEED SALAD 🥗 I made it my mission to remake the fan favorite in time for the warmer weather 🌞 After trying it for the first time ever this week, I wasn’t in love with the dressing so I made my own! Totally get it if poppyseeds aren’t your thing or you don’t have them, you can swap out another dressing or make it with out! Pretty sure you can buy their store bought dressings if that’s your thing too. Ok happy FRIDAY 💛

Add all dressing ingredients (olive oil, apple cider vinegar, OJ, poppyseeds, honey, dijon mustard, salt) to a container or mason jar and shake to combine. Season chicken with olive oil and desired seasonings (salt, pepper, and garlic powder). Cook the chicken in an oven at 409°F for 22-25 minutes, flipping halfway, or air fry at 385°F for 12 minutes, flipping after 7 minutes. Rinse romaine and chop into pieces, then add to a bowl. Add chicken slices, strawberries, blueberries, pineapple, mandarin, and pecans to the bowl. Drizzle with the prepared dressing.
