Nothing beats homemade French Toast! It's so easy to make and bonus: it makes your house smell unreal. This recipe swaps out eggs for a “flax egg” to make it vegan, and it tastes just as good!

Combine milk, egg (or flax egg), cinnamon, and vanilla in a large open bowl and mix. Heat a skillet over low-medium heat and add cooking spray. Dip each slice of bread on both sides in the milk mixture, add to the skillet, and cook for 2-3 minutes each side until golden brown. Serve with fruit and a bit of maple syrup.
