Overnight oats are a delicious and easy breakfast that takes less than five minutes to prepare the night before. They are super customizable, with the key being equal parts oats to liquid. Vanilla can be omitted, especially if using vanilla-flavored almond milk.

Add the oats and milk to a container (like a jar or a bowl covered with plastic wrap) and stir. Add the maple syrup, vanilla, and chia seeds, then stir again until all ingredients are combined. Cover the container and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight. In the morning, feel free to add more milk and desired toppings such as fresh fruit and nuts.
