HOMEMADE POKÉ BOWL🍣🍚 Also known as a sushi bowl AKA heaven 🙌🏻✨ I made this bowl using what I had & it was SO easy! Instead of sushi grade fish, I just use lox! Safe to eat as is and just like the real deal 👏🏻 PLUS this spicy mayo tastes straight out of a sushi restaurant 🥠 Try it out!

Cook minute rice in microwave + let cool. In a bowl add kale with olive oil and “massage” to reduce bitterness. Chop up veggies and avocado. Microwave edamame according to package. For salmon “roses” twirl starting at one end. Mix mayo + sriracha well and add to ziploc bag, cut off corner and drizzle over bowl. Top with sesame seeds.
