These easy cinnamon sugar bagels are made with just four ingredients (self-rising flour, baking powder, salt, and Greek yogurt) and make a great high-protein meal prep option. Toast them up with cream cheese for a delicious treat!

Preheat oven to 375°F. In a large bowl, whisk the flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt together. Add the greek yogurt and mix, don’t worry if it’s a bit crumbly here. Start to knead the dough until it becomes more firm and add to a floured surface. Roll into a ball and cut into four pieces. Roll each piece out into a log and then connect each end until you create a bagel shape. Melt the butter in the microwave and meanwhile mix the cinnamon and sugar together in a small bowl. Brush the melted butter on the top of each bagel then add the cinnamon sugar mixture. Add the bagels to a parchment lined baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown. Cut in half and enjoy as is or with cream cheese. Store in an airtight container for 3-4 days, these are also great toasted the next day!
