A fun, easy, and last-minute no-bake Halloween treat perfect for parties or a festive snack. Mini pretzels are dipped in melted white chocolate and adorned with candy eyeballs to create spooky ghosts.

Pour the white chocolate in a microwave safe bowl and add coconut oil if using; it helps make the chocolate thinner. Microwave the chocolate for 15-second increments, stirring in between until fully melted. Using a fork, dunk each pretzel in the melted white chocolate then add to a parchment lined baking sheet or plate. Then add two candy eyeballs to the top two holes of the pretzel, repeat for all the pretzels. Put in the freezer to harden the chocolate for 15-30 minutes. Take them out and enjoy!
