This has been super popular all over social media and ever since I tried it I’ve been obsessed! It’s so easy to make, has a ton of flavor and is great as a snack or side dish to a meal. It’s also apparently great for your hormones & gut health because of the fiber and antioxidant content which we love 🫶 The add in’s are super versatile with what you have in your kitchen 🙌

Wash carrots and peel the outside layer. Shred the carrots into a bowl until you can’t any more; with the thin pieces left you can toss them in or snack on them. Add oil and vinegar of choice, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Give it a good mix and enjoy!
