Starting the week off on a good note with this Chocolate Oatmeal bowl. This is one of my favorite ways to prepare oatmeal, adding cocoa powder for a healthier chocolate fix that still tastes like dessert.

Add oats, almond milk, cocoa powder, and maple syrup to a pot over medium heat, stirring well. Wait until the liquid begins to bubble, then turn down the heat to a simmer, add a lid and cook for 3-5 minutes. Once cooked, add sliced banana, coconut flakes, chocolate chips, and almond butter as toppings.
