So this is my take on hand rolls, also known as Temaki Sushi, made at home! I used canned fish for this instead of raw because it’s way more affordable and accessible. I went with canned salmon but you can also use canned tuna as well.

- mix canned salmon or tuna with the mayo, sriracha, sesame oil, and salt - cut a sheet of nori in half lengthwise - add the rice to one side of the nori, top with spicy salmon mixture and toppings and roll up, seal with a bit of water in the corner - repeat for each and enjoy with soy sauce
