One of my favorite easy salads that involves 0 cooking. All you need is 5 ingredients to assemble and you’re good to go! Perfect if you’re in a dorm or don’t have access to a kitchen.

Rinse and dry spinach and place in a bowl. Spread pieces apart from a rotisserie chicken and place on top of spinach. Add goat cheese on top. Top with walnuts, craisins, and a drizzle of Italian dressing.
