This CRISPY QUINOA is the best hack to upgrade any salad 🥗 I love adding quinoa to my meals because it has protein but sometimes it can get a bit boring. That’s why this crispy version is fun to switch it up 🔥 All you have to do is make quinoa as you would in a pot then bake it! 🫶

rinse quinoa well and add to a pot with the water or broth bring to a boil then once boiling, cover and simmer for 15-20 minutes until the liquid has absorbed line a baking sheet with parchment paper and add the quinoa top with olive oil and salt, mix well, evenly spread across the pan and bake for 25-35 minutes or until golden brown making sure to stir in between let cool then add as a topping to any salad!
