An easy and quick lunch or dinner idea for lemon dill salmon. It's smooth, silky, and takes no more than 20 minutes to prepare and cook. Serve it over salad or with rice and vegetables.

Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a glass baking dish or baking sheet with olive oil. Add the salmon to the baking dish. Melt the butter in a bowl in the microwave. Add the minced garlic, lemon juice, dill, salt and pepper to the melted butter and mix. Pour the butter mixture over the salmon, top with a slice of lemon. Bake for 12-15 minutes.
