This CINNAMON BANANA ICE CREAM, also known as "nice cream," is made purely from bananas and is a perfect easy and healthy dessert to cool off this summer. It can be made using a powerful blender or a mini food processor.

Add frozen banana to a mini food processor and blend until smooth; this may take a couple of minutes. If it doesn’t blend well, feel free to add a bit of milk or plant milk (1-3 tablespoons). Add the vanilla and cinnamon and blend again until incorporated. You can enjoy a soft serve texture immediately, or for a more true ice cream texture, add it to a container and freeze for at least 2 hours. Top with additional cinnamon if you’d like and enjoy!
