Toast a slice of bread. Mash 1/2 avocado on the toast and add EBTB seasoning. In a microwave safe mug, add 1/2 cup water, crack the egg in, add salt, and microwave with a plate on top for 1 minute to 1 minute and 30 seconds (time depends on your microwave). Add the poached egg to the toast and pepper.
