For the chia seed jam, add raspberries to a saucepan over low-medium heat. Mash the raspberries with the back of a spoon, add chia seeds and a pinch of maple syrup and stir until combined, set aside. In another saucepan, add oats, milk, and collagen over medium heat. When it begins to bubble, turn the heat to a simmer and cover for 3 minutes. Top oats with chia seed jam, spoon full of peanut butter, and banana slices.
