- in a sauté pan over low-medium heat, add the butter until it has melted - add the diced onion to the pan and cook for 1-2 minutes until softened - add the chopped kimchi and stir, then add the rice - mix in the kimchi juice to taste, then the soy sauce and sesame oil - turn the heat up to medium and let the rice get golden brown stirring occasionally for several minutes - meanwhile, in a separate pan, add some butter or oil over low-medium heat and crack in your eggs, let cook for several minutes - divide the rice into two bowls and top with the fried eggs, crushed nori and sesame seeds
