The best CREAMY TOFU SCRAMBLE ✨ If you get the ick from eggs or want to try another high protein breakfast this is it! I actually find this tofu scramble better than scrambled eggs 🫢 It’s high protein, light and fluffy, and so flavorful.

- lightly wrap the tofu with a paper towel to remove some water but not all of it, we want some water contents for juicy “eggs” - heat a skillet with oil over medium heat and add the tofu breaking into large pieces - use a spatula to break smaller and add the turmeric and nutritional yeast and stir - add the almond milk slowly based on desired consistency, if you want looser or more firm “eggs” - add salt and pepper to taste and spinach here and mix until wilted - add to wraps or toast
